CinemaNext is proud to have contributed to the opening of the Véo Cartoucherie cinema, which opened on Saturday 11 October 2025 in the heart of Toulouse's Cartoucherie eco-district. This new cultural venue, housed in the former ‘Halle 128’, a historic building that was once a cartridge factory, combines industrial heritage with cinematic innovation.
A Project Focused on Premium Comfort
For this iconic project, CinemaNext supplied and installed a high-end seating solution from the Infinity Seating Prince range in the cinema's Premium 4 auditorium. This exclusive configuration includes:
- 13 individual, unconnected Prince Armchair seats, offering optimal freedom of movement
- 3 Prince two-seater sofas for a shared viewing experience
- Decorative cushions and custom piping for a touch of elegance
These premium seats, with generous dimensions (780 x 900 mm for individual armchairs and 1300 x 900 mm for the two-seater sofas), are upholstered in sumptuous emerald green velvet enhanced with golden cushions, creating a warm and refined atmosphere that evokes the cinema lounges of yesteryear while incorporating modern comfort.
A Turnkey Installation
CinemaNext handled the entire project, from supply to on-site installation. The seats were installed according to the agreed schedule, allowing the cinema to open as planned in October.

All seats are certified fire-resistant according to the AM18 standard, ensuring maximum safety for the public. CinemaNext also offers a 5-year warranty on metal parts and structures, and a 2-year warranty on fabrics, demonstrating the exceptional quality of Infinity Seating products.
A Cinema Serving its Neighbourhood
The Véo Cartoucherie cinema, with its four comfortable auditoriums, offers a varied programme ranging from popular entertainment to arthouse films. A true cultural hub, it is fully integrated into the dynamic Cartoucherie eco-neighbourhood, welcoming school groups, local businesses and associations, and actively participating in cultural events in Toulouse.
