Cinema Project Management

New Builds and Refurbishments

CinemaNext provides end-to-end project management for cinema new-build and refurbishment projects, guiding exhibitors from the earliest planning stages through to public opening. Our teams handle cinema design, layout and technical drawings, equipment selection and installation, staff training and made-to-measure project management, coordinating every party involved so your project runs smoothly from contract to first screening.

What Does CinemaNext's Cinema Project Management Include?

CinemaNext supports every stage of a cinema construction or fit-out project. We assist with cinema design, auditorium layout and technical drawings, specify and install projection, audio and screen equipment, selecting seating based on your needs from a variety of suppliers, train your team, and manage the project from start to finish. Throughout, we coordinate directly with your construction contractor, architectural firm and all other technical companies involved, acting as the single point of technical coordination so issues are resolved before they cause delays.

Cinema Equipment Financing

CinemaNext partners financial institutions to finance cinema equipment through leasing and long-term solutions. These arrangements help exhibitors of any size spread the cost of their investment, making new projection, audio, seating and even LED technology more accessible without a single upfront outlay.

A Structured Deployment Process

Our deployment methodology assigns a dedicated project manager and specialist teams to each distinct phase of the project. This structure means issues are identified and resolved without downtime, keeping the project on schedule. The project manager carries out a detailed site survey of every projection booth to tailor the technical equipment order, and oversees all equipment ordering through our procurement department.

Step 1 — Contract Signing. The project scope, timeline and deliverables are agreed and confirmed.

Step 2 — Project Management. A dedicated project manager and teams are assigned to your project.

Step 3 — Site Survey & Supply Chain. Each projection booth is surveyed on site and the equipment order is finalised and sourced.

Step 4 — Prebuild & Equipment Validation. Equipment is assembled and tested before shipping to confirm it meets specification.

Step 5 — Shipping & On-site Delivery. Validated equipment is shipped and delivered to your venue.

Step 6 — Installation & Integration. Equipment is installed and integrated into your auditoriums and systems.

Step 7 — Final Certification. The completed installation is tested and certified, ready for public opening.
