Extending the Lifespan of Your Dolby/Doremi Cinema Equipment

At CinemaNext, we are committed to ensuring that you receive the most value from your equipment. That's why we're excited to share some important news that could significantly extend the lifespan of your technology. Some of you we have contacted directly via email, but we want to spread this update in as many different ways as possible, as there is an urgency to this.

Earlier this year, Dolby introduced the Certificate Extension Program, which holds tremendous potential for your cinema experience. Specifically, this program applies to the DCP2000, DCP2K4, Doremi IMB, IMS1000, and IMS2000 servers, whose Media Block certificates were originally set to expire in December 2025.

Now, through the Certificate Extension Program, you have the opportunity to extend this expiry date all the way to January 14th, 2038, at absolutely no cost.

To make the most of this opportunity, all that's required is to update the Security Manager on your server and apply a Certificate Extension Package. We understand that this process might seem complex, and that's why CinemaNext is here to assist.

We've put together a simple solution that consolidates all the necessary files and provides clear, step-by-step instructions. You can access these resources through the link below:

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity at your earliest convenience. By doing so, you'll be ensuring that your equipment serves you optimally well into the future.

Should you have any questions or require assistance during the update process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team. We're here to help you make the most of this opportunity.
